According to the production capacity, it has a semi-automatic peanut butter production line and a fully automatic processing plant.
The peanut butter production process is: peanut raw material → roast → cooling → peeling → sieving → picking → first grinding sauce → fine grinding sauce → homogenization → canning → freezing → storage at room temperature.
1. Roasting: heat the peanuts to 160℃ for 40-60 minutes. The peanut kernels must have the same color inside and outside without scorching.
2. Cooling and sieving: the peanut kernels are quickly discharged after roasting, spread out as soon as possible, or cooled with cold air, and then use a peeling machine to peel the peanuts after cooling.
3. Grind the sauce: Put the separated cotyledons into the mill to grind the sauce, the first coarse grinding, grind to medium fineness, the second fine grinding, grind into a fine and smooth finished product. Add sugar or salt (2% to 3% for sugar and 0.5% for salt) and 0.05% of vitamin E when grinding the sauce for the second time.
4. Homogenization: In a mixing tank, heat the peanut butter to 60~70℃, add 2% monoglyceride and 1%~5% soybean protein powder, and mix well.
5. Canning and freezing: Put the peanut butter in a can and freeze it at a low temperature of about 0℃. After the overall crystallization is completed, it will be fine.
